Entry Point is a Roblox FPS game created by Cishshato on April 14, 2017 and released on the same day. Prior to April, 2017, it was just a prototype game in 2015. In this game, you take role of a criminal who joins a criminal organization.
Plot[edit | edit source]
- The game's lore is about two criminal organizations having a civil war, and the player was hired to join one of them.
- Though in a plot twist the player joins the enemy faction.
- The story is short and ends abruptly.
Gameplay[edit | edit source]
- The game is semi-realistic, it's about infiltration.
- You can take about 2 classes, though in reality you can have all 4.
- You can spend money on weapons and attachments.
- If you die, you get no second chances
Music/Sounds[edit | edit source]
- The music is action and upbeat, and the sound effects fit the theme.
Graphics[edit | edit source]
- All of the graphics in the game blend very well, and look nice and simple. The assets are original. While the S97's mesh was taken from Battlefield 4.
Bad Qualities[edit | edit source]
- False Advertising: In one of the old thumbnails, Rose is wearing a different outfit that's not seen in the final game. And while it said "take down banks, break into blacksites, and target multi-millionaires", this is stated below, Some contain spoilers.
- There is only one blacksite in the game. And that's the mission with the same name.
- There's only one multi-millionaire which is Ryan Ross who only appear in The Financier.
- While it said Halycon is hiring, this later reveals The Freelancer joins Phoenix.
- Despite Sparrow's model being shown, she is only seen in Sunset, and she doesn't even have blue hair. Which was a waste of resources and a character. This also makes Sparrow a filler character.
- While it's stated to be a heist game, it has little to do with heist-related stuff, and the closest it gets to being heist-related would be The Deposit, The Withdrawal, The Freelancer (first part), The Setup, The Lockup and The Score. While others have nothing to do with robberies.
- As stated above while it said "take down banks" There's only three banks.
- The first game literation had a different approach.
- The game suffers a lot of problems:
- You don't take any fall damage regardless of how high you fall from. Unlike how Notoriety managed to do that.
- NPCs will ignore your hair and shades when wearing a disguise.
- While it's for balancing reasons certain equipment are for a specific class, though realistically anyone can hack, lockpick and disable sensors.
- For the guns, some weapons can't accept certain attachments the Raven (Desert Eagle) can't have a suppressor in real life. While for other pistols you need a threaded barrel for a suppressor.
- Why you need combat mastery to hold up the elite guards in Concept, if you can instead hostage from the back.
- Speaking about hostages, when you hostage a guard, they just run to the exit and didn't bother picking up a weapon on the floor. Reservoir Dogs (2006) managed to add that.
- As for the elite operatives in Black Dusk, by their name, they can be held up anywhere, despite their training. If you can instead hostage them from the back.
- There are lots of useless features:
- Once the player has bought everything (all weapons and modifications), money becomes useless.
- Some items are useless, like crowbar and proximity mine.
- Lack of accessory shop.
- Banned players can't play Concept or Killhouse and are unable to access extras
