Work at a Pizza Place is a Roblox town and city game created by Dued1 on November 3, 2007 and released on March 28, 2008. Prior to November 2008, it was just a test game for scripts. In this game, players take the role of 6 different jobs, or the manager, or simply be on break and not work at all until you start working.

Plot[edit | edit source]

  1. In this game, players need to work as a team in order to fulfill orders and to use their earnings to upgrade their house, buy furniture and buy gear. Work at a Pizza Place involves players role-playing as different types of workers doing real-world jobs in a pizza place to earn cash, which can be spent on upgrading and decorating their house, buying gears and ordering food items as a customer themselves.
  2. This is a laid back and simple game to go with the plot.

Gameplay[edit | edit source]

  1. There are little performance issues in the game.
  2. Every job in game is balanced, and are important to making Pizza.
  3. There is a lot of do in-game. There are 6 jobs, including suppling, being a cashier, cooking, boxing, and delivering. You can also be manager when the chance comes. You can also go on break, and just roleplay, or be AFK.
  4. You can also use Emojis, but your character reacts to each one. You get most for free, but it costs R$70 to get 4 extra ones.
  5. Zobbers are a nice addition to the game, and serve as pets. You can get one when you start playing the game for the first time, or buy another one for 7,000 coins, though only one can be selected at the time. You can give them nice hats as well, and even their name, which is a nice touch.
  6. Your house can be easily customized and upgraded. You can also upgrade it with coins. However, some upgrades cost Robux, including a Garage and a 3 story house.

Music/Sounds[edit | edit source]

  1. The music is relaxing and ambient, and the sound effects fit the vibe.

Graphics[edit | edit source]

  1. All of the graphics in the game blend very well, and look nice and simple. The graphics are slightly blocky, but that is not an issue, as realism and cartoony art styles do not clash.

Bad Qualities[edit | edit source]

  1. Players can ruin the experience, especially since:
    1. Managers can be corrupt by kicking random people and ruining their time. However, you can kick them out, but this requires 6 people.
    2. VIP Players are another story. They often take advantage by trolling and not getting anything done, as they can't be kicked out or put back to work. Not a lot of people have it though, as it costs close to R$1000.
    3. Sometimes you can't do your job since the people at other jobs won't cooperate.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  1. On March 30, 2018, Dued1 released two new exclusive items and double cash for two days as part of the game's 10th anniversary.
  2. The game was the first to achieve 100 million visits on the platform.
